The CoverStar Eco CS500E is a disposable coverall designed to protect clothing from dust, particles and light splashes during work. It suits industrial, trade and cleaning professionals who need a dependable basic layer of protection without committing to reusable protective wear for every task. The hood, fitted with an elastic band, adjusts easily to the head, while elasticated cuffs, ankles and waist keep the suit close to the body during movement so no gaps are left exposed.
The coverall is made from PP nonwoven fabric with a microporous film laminate. This combination keeps the material light and comfortable to wear, while the laminate adds extra resistance against moisture and fine particles. The two-way zip with its protective flap makes putting the suit on and taking it off straightforward, and also stops particles from working their way in through the closure itself. The antistatic treatment is a real benefit in environments sensitive to dust or static build-up.
The suit is tested to EN 14325 and classified as PPE Category III, Type 5B and 6B. Type 5 covers protection against solid airborne particles, while Type 6 covers protection against light liquid splashes and low-pressure sprays. In practice, this gives the wearer a solid baseline of protection for dusty tasks or occasional contact with liquids, without the bulk of a heavier full-protection suit.
The CS500E is sold as bulk goods with a minimum order of 50 units, making it a practical choice for businesses that regularly need disposable coveralls in larger quantities, such as spray painting, cleaning and remediation work, or general manufacturing environments.
