The CoverStar CS510 disposable coverall from Asatex is built for jobs where keeping particles and light liquid splashes off clothing and skin really matters. Its design includes a collar, elasticated cuffs, ankles and waist, plus a glued-in back elastic that keeps the suit close to the body during movement without restricting it. Thumb loops hold the sleeves in place, so no skin is exposed even during overhead work or repetitive hand movements.
The fabric is a PP spunbond nonwoven with a microporous film laminate, giving the suit a lightweight, comfortable feel on the skin while still forming a solid barrier. Its antistatic treatment reduces static build-up during use, which is a real advantage in dusty or sensitive work environments. The 2-way zip with a double-layer flap and 3-point adhesive tape opens and closes easily while keeping the closure properly covered, so there are no unprotected gaps.
Tested to EN 14325 and classified as PPE Category III, Type 5B and 6B, the suit is designed to protect against solid particles (Type 5) and limited splashes or light liquid spray (Type 6). This makes the CS510 a dependable choice for tasks involving dust, particulates or occasional liquid contact, such as industrial work, trades, or cleaning and remediation jobs.
As it is supplied in packs with a minimum order of 50 units, the CS510 suits businesses that need disposable protective clothing in larger quantities on a regular basis, for example for shift changes, on-site visits or rotating job sites.
