The CoverPro® FR CV5-FR is a flame-retardant disposable coverall designed for work environments where particles and splashes are a concern alongside the risk of brief flame contact. The three-piece hood, elasticated arms, legs and waist, and the two-way zip with storm flap keep the suit close to the body during movement, leaving no exposed gaps.
The nonwoven fabric with its special flame-retardant finish is built for comfort without compromising on protection. It feels notably soft for a disposable coverall, allows good freedom of movement, and its antistatic treatment makes it suitable for environments where static build-up is a hazard, such as dusty or potentially explosive workplaces.
The suit is tested to EN 14325 and classified as PPE Category III, Type 5 and Type 6. Type 5 covers protection against fine airborne particles, while Type 6 covers protection against light liquid splashes – combined with the flame-retardant finish, this makes the CV5-FR suitable for higher-risk tasks where contamination and the chance of sparks or brief flame exposure both need to be managed.
Supplied as bulk goods with a minimum order of 25 units, the CV5-FR is aimed at trade buyers who need to equip teams with flame-retardant disposable protection on a regular basis, for example in industrial settings, welding environments, or maintenance work with an elevated fire risk.
