The CoverStar® CKA is a disposable head cover designed for work environments where hair, dust or particles must not come into contact with the surroundings, or where the head and neck need protection from contamination. The face and neck elastic ensures a snug fit that stays in place during movement without pinching.
The hood is made from PP nonwoven fabric with a microporous film laminate. This combination keeps the material lightweight and breathable while still holding back fine particles, so the hood never feels heavy or stuffy to wear. Its antistatic finish stops dust and fibres from clinging to the surface through static charge, a real advantage in dust-sensitive or electrostatically critical environments.
The hood is tested to EN 14325, the standard covering materials and seams used in chemical protective clothing, and is classified as PPE Category III, Type PB 6B. In practical terms, this means reliable protection against fine liquid sprays, exactly what's needed in environments where chemicals or fine airborne droplets are present.
This makes the CKA well suited to industrial settings, laboratories, spray painting work and any environment requiring clean-room conditions or contamination control. Supplied as bulk pack of 100, it is built for regular commercial use and easy to reorder as needed.
