The CoverBase® SMS-1Plus is a disposable coverall designed to keep particles and light splashes away from clothing during demanding tasks. It suits industrial, trade and cleaning professionals who need reliable basic protection for single or short-term use. A three-piece hood with elasticated drawstring, elasticated cuffs at the arms and legs, and an elasticated waist allow the suit to adapt to different body shapes and stay close-fitting even during movement, without restricting mobility.
The coverall is made from multi-layer SMS polypropylene nonwoven fabric. This construction combines low weight with a soft, breathable surface, so the suit remains comfortable to wear even over longer shifts. Its antistatic finish reduces static build-up caused by movement and friction, a real benefit in dusty environments or wherever spark sensitivity matters. The 2-way zip fastener with its additional flap allows quick putting on and taking off while keeping particles from entering through the closure.
Tested to EN 14325, the coverall meets the requirements of PSA Category III for Type 5 and Type 6. Type 5 covers protection against fine airborne particles, while Type 6 covers protection against light spray and limited liquid contact. In practical terms, this means dependable basic protection wherever dust, fibres or small amounts of liquid are present, such as during cleaning, remediation or spray-painting work.
As the suit is supplied as case goods in units of 50, it is particularly well suited to businesses with regular demand for disposable protective clothing, offering economical restocking across sizes S to 3XL.
