The CoverChem®Plus CP301 is a disposable chemical protective coverall designed for anyone who regularly handles organic and highly concentrated inorganic chemicals or biological hazards at work. Built as a full-body suit with an attached hood, it covers head and neck as well as the rest of the body, while elastic cuffs at the sleeves, legs, hood and back keep the fit close and stop splashes from getting in.
The suit is made from PP nonwoven fabric with a barrier film laminate, a material light and flexible enough to move in freely while still forming a solid barrier against chemicals. The seams are taped rather than simply stitched, closing off the needle holes that would otherwise let liquids through. A double-layer zip flap with adhesive strip and a taped chin guard cover the remaining weak points around the front closure and face area. Thumb loops keep the sleeves in place even when gloves are worn underneath, and the antistatic treatment lowers the risk of static build-up during work.
Tested to EN 14325, the CP301 meets PSA Category III requirements as Type 3B, 4B, 5B and 6B. In practice this means protection against liquid chemicals under pressure (Type 3), against chemical spray (Type 4), against solid particles (Type 5) and against light liquid splashes (Type 6), each rated with the B suffix for biological hazards. That combination covers a wide range of risks found in chemical processing, cleaning and remediation work, or handling of biological materials.
The CP301 is sold as bulk goods with a minimum order of 10 pieces, making it a practical choice for businesses, laboratories or service providers who need to keep their teams reliably equipped with disposable protective coveralls.
