The CoverChem Plus CP300 is a disposable chemical protective coverall designed for work with organic and highly concentrated inorganic chemicals as well as biological hazards. The hood, taped chin cover and elasticated cuffs, ankles, hood and back keep the suit close to the body during movement, leaving no exposed gaps. Thumb loops hold the sleeves securely in place, so the fit stays reliable even when worn with gloves.
The fabric is a PP nonwoven with a barrier film laminate, combining flexibility with a tight protective barrier. Seams are taped, and the zip is covered by a double-layer flap with an additional adhesive strip - both weak points where liquids and particles could otherwise get through. The antistatic treatment reduces electrostatic build-up, which matters when handling flammable or reactive substances.
The suit is tested to EN 14325 and, as Category III PPE, meets Types 3B, 4B, 5B and 6B. In practice this means protection against liquid jets (Type 3), fine sprays (Type 4), solid particles (Type 5) and light liquid splashes (Type 6), each with proven effectiveness against biological agents (B). This makes the CP300 suited to professional use wherever chemical and biological risks overlap, such as in the chemical industry, pest control, laboratory work, or handling high-concentration disinfectants and cleaning agents.
