The CoverStar® CSH is a disposable shoe cover designed to protect footwear and the lower leg during work in environments prone to contamination. An elastic band at the calf keeps the cover snugly in place, while additional ties can be tightened for extra fixation, ensuring a secure fit even during movement. This makes it suitable for tasks where footwear needs to be shielded from dirt or particle contact without restricting the wearer's freedom of movement.
The shoe cover is made from PP nonwoven fabric combined with a microporous film laminate. This combination keeps the material light and flexible to wear, while the film laminate provides a closed, resilient surface. An antistatic treatment reduces static build-up on the material, which matters in environments with sensitive equipment or flammable substances nearby.
The CoverStar® CSH is tested to EN 14325, the standard covering materials and seams used in chemical protective clothing. Its classification as PPE Category III, Type PB 6B identifies it as partial body protection against limited liquid exposure, the kind of protection typically required for the leg area in cleanroom, laboratory, or production settings.
Supplied as case goods from 200 units upward, this product is geared toward the recurring needs of industry, cleaning services, food processing, and laboratory operations, where disposable shoe covers are used continuously and reordered on a regular basis.
