The CoverTex® C-3 protective coverall from Asatex is a disposable overall designed for work where clothing needs protection from dust, particles and light splashes. It suits commercial users who need protective wear in larger quantities without giving up a well-thought-out fit: the three-piece hood adjusts to the head via elastic, elasticated cuffs at the arms, legs and waist keep the suit snugly in place, and thumb loops hold the sleeves securely even during movement.
The coverall is made from a multi-layer SMMS polypropylene nonwoven. This layered construction gives the fabric good abrasion resistance while still feeling light and comfortable against the skin. A two-way zip with an additional storm flap makes the suit easy to put on and take off, while also keeping particles from entering through the closure. The antistatic finish prevents uncomfortable static build-up during dry work.
The C-3 is tested to EN 14325 and classified as Category III PPE, Type 5 and 6. In practice, this means protection against airborne fine particles (Type 5) and against limited contact with liquids and light sprays (Type 6) – exactly the kind of protection needed where dust exposure or occasional liquid contact is part of the job.
Supplied in packs from 50 units, this coverall is well suited to businesses that regularly use disposable protective clothing in volume, such as cleaning services, paint and spray work, waste handling or industrial settings where garments are disposed of after use rather than washed.
