The CoverTex® C-1 protective coverall is a disposable suit designed for tasks where clothing needs protection from dust, particles and splashes. The three-piece hood with elastic drawcord adjusts to a snug fit, while thumb loops keep the sleeves in place even during overhead work. Additional elastication at the arms, legs and waist ensures the suit sits close to the body, leaving no gaps for dirt or particles to get through.
The coverall is made from multi-layer SMMS PP nonwoven fabric, a material that stays lightweight yet remains tough and tear-resistant under everyday working conditions. The layered structure gives the fabric a comfortable feel against the skin while holding up well to mechanical stress on site. The 2-way zipper with its protective flap makes putting the suit on and taking it off easier, while also stopping particles from entering through the closure. The antistatic finish reduces static build-up, which is particularly useful in dusty or sensitive work environments.
Tested to EN 14325 and classified as Category III PPE in Types 5 and 6, the suit protects against fine airborne particles as well as limited spray and light liquid splashes. Type 5 covers protection against airborne solid particles, while Type 6 covers protection against light liquid splashes with low spray risk. Together, these ratings make the suit a dependable choice wherever Category III protective equipment with proven barrier performance is required.
Supplied as pack goods from 50 units upward and available in sizes S to 5XL, the CoverTex® C-1 is well suited to industrial and trade work, cleaning tasks, spraying and painting jobs, as well as waste disposal and remediation work where larger quantities are needed on a regular basis.
