The CoverBase® SMS-4 coverall is a disposable protective suit designed for work where clothing comes into contact with particles or splashes and needs to be discarded afterwards. Its three-piece hood together with elasticated cuffs, ankles and waist keeps the suit close to the body, preventing gaps from opening up during movement through which contaminants could enter. The two-way zip with its protective flap makes putting the suit on and taking it off straightforward while adding an extra barrier along the front closure.
The fabric is a multi-layer PP nonwoven (SMS), which is noticeably tougher and more tear-resistant than single-layer nonwoven material without feeling heavy or stiff to wear. In practice this means good freedom of movement, a light and comfortable fit, and enough durability to withstand longer shifts or repeated handling without failing. Being disposable protective wear, there is no maintenance involved at all – the suit is simply discarded after use.
Tested to EN 14325, the coverall meets the requirements of PSA Category III as Type 5 and Type 6. Type 5 covers protection against fine solid particles such as dust, while Type 6 provides limited protection against liquid splashes. This makes the CoverBase® SMS-4 a dependable choice for tasks involving dust exposure or occasional splashing, where full liquid-tight protection isn't required.
Sold as bulk goods with a minimum order quantity of 50 units, this coverall is aimed at commercial buyers who regularly source disposable protective clothing for their operations, such as in cleaning services, painting and coating work, or industrial production. Available in red across sizes M to 3XL, it can be easily stocked and deployed across teams of varying sizes.
