Product information "CoverStar Sleeve Protector CAS-45"
The CoverStar CAS-45 sleeve protectors shield forearms and sleeves during work where clothing can quickly become soiled or contaminated. Thumb loops and elastic at both ends keep them securely in place even with constant movement, making them a practical choice for continuous use at workbenches, paint booths or production lines. A blue seam at the upper arm serves as a quick visual marker, useful for tracking batches or wear time at a glance.
The material is a PP spunbond nonwoven combined with a microporous film laminate. This pairing keeps the sleeves lightweight and comfortable against the skin while still blocking liquids and fine particles, without feeling stiff or causing excess heat build-up. The antistatic finish also prevents electrostatic charge from building up, which matters in sensitive working environments.
The sleeves are tested to EN 14325, the standard for protective clothing against chemicals, and classified as PPE Category III, Type PB 6B. In practice this means partial body protection against limited liquid contact and spray mist, relevant for tasks such as painting, cleaning or chemical handling.
As a disposable product, the CAS-45 is supplied in packs of 200, making it well suited to businesses with regular demand, such as industrial, laboratory or paint shop settings where frequent changes of protective clothing are part of daily routine.
