The CoverStar® Jet CS300 is a disposable coverall designed for work where clothing may come into contact with liquids, fine dust, or splashes. The three-piece hood with chin flap seals cleanly around the face, while the two-way zip with its protective flap makes the suit easy to put on and take off without compromising the barrier at the closure. Elasticated cuffs, ankles, and waist keep the coverall close-fitting even during movement, and thumb loops hold the sleeves securely in place when reaching or bending.
The fabric is an SMMS spunbond nonwoven with a microporous film laminate, a combination that gives the coverall good tear resistance while keeping it light to wear. The taped seams close off what would otherwise be the weak points at every seam line, creating a continuous barrier across the whole suit. In practice, that means a coverall that goes on easily, stays in place during work, and never feels stiff or bulky.
Tested to EN 14325, the suit falls under PPE Category III and covers Types 3B, 4B, 5B, and 6B. In practical terms, that means protection against liquid jets (Type 3), spray mist (Type 4), fine particulate dust (Type 5), and light splashes (Type 6), giving it a broad range of use across different contamination risks. This makes the CS300 a solid choice for industrial work, trades, cleaning and remediation tasks, and any setting that calls for reliable disposable protection against liquids and fine dust.
