The CoverStar® CS503 protective coverall is a disposable garment designed for work where clothing may come into contact with particles or light liquid splashes. It suits industrial and commercial users who need dependable, no-fuss single-use protection, and it ships in packs of 50 units, a practical format for businesses with regular demand and staff needing different sizes, since the suit runs from S to 5XL.
The CS503 is made from PP spunbond nonwoven with a microporous film laminate, a material that stays light and comfortable to wear without compromising on durability. The three-piece hood with elastic, together with elasticated arms, legs and waist, keeps the suit close to the body instead of shifting during movement. The back elastic is glued rather than sewn in, a small construction detail that strengthens protection at what is otherwise a vulnerable seam. The 2-way zip with its double-layered, triple-taped flap opens and closes easily while staying reliably sealed. Thumb loops further stop sleeves from riding up, which is particularly useful during overhead tasks.
Tested to EN 14325, the suit meets the requirements of PSA Category III for Type 5B and 6B, meaning protection against solid airborne particles (Type 5) and light liquid spray (Type 6). The antistatic treatment also reduces material charge build-up, an advantage in dusty or particle-laden environments.
This makes the CoverStar CS503 well suited to cleaning tasks, spray work, environments with fine dust, and general industrial use, wherever workwear needs to be disposed of after use rather than laundered.
