The CoverStar® Jacket CJAK is a disposable protective jacket designed for work where clothing gets dirty quickly or may become contaminated, making frequent changes necessary. The integrated hood and elasticated finishes at the face, sleeves and waist keep the jacket close to the body, helping to stop dust and particles from getting in around the edges. The zip fastener allows for quick putting on and taking off, which matters when the jacket needs to be changed often during a shift.
The jacket is made from PP spunbond nonwoven with a microporous film laminate. This combination keeps the garment light and comfortable to wear while still forming a barrier against fine particles and splashes, without feeling stiff or uncomfortable against the skin. The antistatic finish is particularly useful in environments where electrostatic charge is a concern, such as around sensitive electronics or flammable materials.
The jacket is tested to EN 14325, a standard that defines material properties of protective clothing against solid particles, liquids and chemicals. Classified as PPE Category III, Type PB 6B, it provides limited protection against liquid chemical splashes and sprays, making it suitable for tasks with a higher risk of contamination.
The CoverStar CJAK is supplied as bulk packaging with a minimum order quantity of 50 pieces, making it a practical choice for businesses that regularly need disposable protective clothing in larger volumes, for example in industry, trades, or cleaning and maintenance work.
