The CoverClean® Green CCG disposable coverall is built for commercial users who want single-use protective clothing with a lighter environmental footprint. Instead of standard plastic nonwoven, it is made from biodegradable PLA corn fibre, combined with yarn from recycled polyester and a zip made from recycled nylon-polyester. That makes it a solid choice for businesses looking to move toward more sustainable disposable workwear without giving up practical performance.
The PLA spunbond fabric weighs in at 45 g/m², keeping the suit light and breathable; the material lets water vapour pass through, so heat build-up underneath stays manageable during longer shifts. Elasticated cuffs and ankles, plus elastic at the waist and back, keep the fit close without restricting movement, while the three-piece hood with elastic edge stays in place around the face. A zip cover keeps grit and dust from working into the fastener and stops it from snagging.
The antistatic finish is tested to EN 1149, meaning the suit helps dissipate electrostatic charge, a real factor anywhere sparking poses a hazard. The fabric also has an antibacterial effect, useful in settings where hygiene matters. Classed as PPE Category II, the coverall is designed for tasks involving a moderate level of risk.
Supplied as bulk goods with a minimum order of 50 units, the CoverClean® Green suits trade buyers in spray painting, cleaning, food processing, and any setting that regularly gets through disposable protective clothing in volume.
