The CoverChem®Plus CP500 by Asatex is a disposable protective coverall designed for work involving contact with chemicals, liquids or hazardous particles. Its 3-piece hood, double sleeve system and thumb loops keep the suit securely closed even during movement, preventing gaps that could expose the wearer. The double zipper with double flap cover and adhesive strips on the outer flap seal the front closure further, while the zipper pull tab makes opening and closing easier even while wearing gloves.
The CP500 is made from PP nonwoven fabric with a special barrier film laminate, and taped seams stop liquids or particles from penetrating at the seam lines. Double-layer knee reinforcement withstands the strain of kneeling or working in a crouched position, and elasticated cuffs at the sleeves, legs, hood and back keep the suit fitted throughout the working day. The antistatic treatment reduces material charge build-up, which matters when working around combustible dust or in potentially explosive atmospheres.
Certified to EN 14325 and classified under PPE Category III as Type 3B, 4B, 5B and 6B, the suit protects against liquid jets, fine sprays, airborne particles and light splashes of biological and chemical substances. This combination makes the CP500 suitable for tasks that demand reliable barrier protection against both liquids and solids, such as work in the chemical industry, cleaning and remediation jobs, pest control or handling of hazardous substances. Available in sizes M to 3XL, it can be matched to different body sizes across a team.
