The Tyvek 500 Xpert CHF5 is a disposable protective coverall designed for work where contact with particles, splashes or biological hazards is a possibility. Its hood, elasticated cuffs, ankles and hood edge, along with the taped elastic at the back, help the suit follow the body's movements and stay in place during physical work.
Made from polyethylene spunbond nonwoven fabric, the material is lightweight and comfortable to wear while still holding up to demanding conditions. The outside-lying seams and ergonomic cut prevent chafing or shifting during extended wear, and the zip with its protective flap adds an extra barrier against penetration along the front closure. The antistatic treatment also makes the suit suitable for environments where electrostatic build-up needs to be controlled.
Certified to EN 14126 and classified as PSA Category III, Type 5B and 6B, the coverall protects against the penetration of solid particles (Type 5B) and limited liquid splashes (Type 6B), with specific protection against infective agents. This makes it a solid choice for cleaning, waste disposal, healthcare and pest control work, or any task involving exposure to biological hazards.
Supplied as bulk goods with a minimum order of 25 units, the suit is available from size S to 4XL, making it a practical option for regular professional use.
