The TOKVG is a disposable protective coverall from the Tyvek 600 range, built for work environments where contact with biological hazards is a real possibility. With an integrated hood, thumb loops and carefully sealed critical areas, it is designed to provide consistent protection rather than just a basic barrier.
The fabric is a polyethylene spunbond nonwoven, the material Tyvek is known for: lightweight and comfortable to wear, yet resistant to particles and liquids. The seams are taped to eliminate weak points at the seams' joints. Elasticated cuffs at the sleeves, legs and hood are covered, the zipper and chin area are sealed with a self-adhesive strip, and an elasticated back panel keeps the fit secure even during movement. In practical terms, this means fewer gaps for contamination to enter, without the suit feeling stiff or restrictive.
Certified to EN 14126, the coverall protects against infective agents and is classified as PSA Category III, Type 4B, 5B and 6B. That means protection against spray (Type 4), fine particles (Type 5) and liquid splashes (Type 6), each with biological protection performance (the "B" in the type designation). This makes the TOKVG suitable for tasks involving elevated infection risk, such as cleaning, waste handling, medical settings or any work where contact with potentially contaminated substances cannot be ruled out.
The coverall is available in sizes M to 3XL and is supplied as bulk goods with a minimum order quantity of 100 units – a practical solution for businesses that rely on dependable disposable protection on a regular basis.
