The TOKV is a disposable coverall from the Tyvek 600 range, built for anyone who may come into contact with germs, chemicals or particulates on the job. The hood, covered elastication at cuffs, ankles and hood, plus the self-adhesive zip and chin flap, keep the suit sealed all the way round so there are no gaps for pathogens or dust to get through. Thumb loops keep the sleeves in place during movement, and an elasticated back panel gives the suit a closer, more secure fit.
The fabric is a polyethylene spunbond, the material Tyvek is known for: light, breathable enough for extended wear, and resistant to tearing. Seams are taped throughout, removing the weak points where liquids or particles could otherwise get in. An antistatic treatment reduces static build-up in the fabric, which matters in environments with combustible dust or sensitive electronics.
The suit is certified to EN 14126 in Types 4B, 5B and 6B, meaning it protects against infectious agents carried by spray mist, fine particles and liquid splashes. That makes the TOKV a solid choice wherever biological hazards are a concern, such as in cleaning and disinfection work, healthcare settings or waste handling. As the suit is sold in packs with a minimum order of 25 units, it suits businesses with a regular, ongoing need for protective coveralls.
