The TYVEK® 600 PLUS coverall TOKVF is a full-body disposable suit with hood designed for work where a dependable barrier against biologically hazardous substances is essential. Attached socks and boot covers, together with thumb loops, keep the suit sealed even during movement, avoiding gaps at the joints that a simple coverall might leave exposed. This makes it suited to tasks where continuous, all-round protection matters more than a basic layer of cover.
The fabric is a polyethylene spunbond nonwoven, the material Tyvek is known for: lightweight, breathable enough for extended wear, yet tough enough to withstand everyday mechanical stress on site. Taped seams stop liquids and particles from working their way through the stitching, while the covered elastic at cuffs, ankles and hood, along with the self-adhesive zip and chin flap, seal off the areas most prone to exposure. An elasticated back panel gives a closer fit without restricting movement, and the antistatic treatment helps reduce static build-up, a real advantage in environments with sensitive equipment or flammable materials nearby.
The suit is certified to EN 14126, the standard covering protection against infective agents. In practice, this means the nonwoven structure and seam construction are built to keep viruses, bacteria and other biological hazards from passing through under defined test conditions. Combined with PSA category III and the requirements of Types 4B, 5B and 6B, the suit is built for situations involving fine sprays, airborne particles or limited liquid splashes carrying biological risk.
The TOKVF is supplied as bulk stock with a minimum order of 80 units, making it a practical choice for professional users in healthcare, laboratories, cleaning services, pest control or industrial production who need consistent, reliable protection against infection risks.
