The Tyvek 500 HV coverall TY500HV is a disposable protective suit built for jobs where visibility and protection against biological hazards both matter. Its collar, zip fastener and elasticated taping at the waist, cuffs and ankles keep the suit close to the body during movement while helping to stop particles from getting in. Reflective stripes across the chest, arms, legs and shoulders keep the wearer visible in poor light, and the orange colour already stands out from a distance.
The fabric is made from polyethylene using flash-spun technology, which produces a lightweight, comfortable material that still holds up to tearing without restricting movement on the job. The antistatic finish lowers the risk of static build-up, which matters in environments with fine dust or flammable substances nearby.
The EN 14126 standard confirms protection against biological hazards, while the Type 5B and 6B classification under PSA Category III covers protection against solid airborne particles and limited liquid spray. That combination makes the suit suitable for tasks involving contact with germs, bacteria or similar risks, such as cleaning, waste handling, healthcare or industrial settings.
The TY500HV is sold as bulk packaging with a minimum order of 25 units and comes in sizes S to 3XL, making it a practical choice for businesses with regular turnover in protective clothing.
