The ProShield® 60 P6127 is a disposable protective coverall designed for anyone who needs reliable full-body protection against dust, particles or fine splashes without sacrificing freedom of movement. An attached hood, elasticated cuffs, ankles and hood edge, plus an elasticated waist sewn into the garment, keep the suit in place even during longer tasks. A zip with a protective flap closes off the front, helping to keep dust and particles from getting in.
The fabric is a microporous film laminated onto polypropylene spunbond nonwoven. This combination keeps the suit lightweight and comfortable to wear while still holding up to the demands of a workshop or building site. Taped inner seams reduce friction points against the skin, and the antistatic finish prevents electrostatic charge from building up – a real benefit wherever combustible dust or sensitive components are present.
Certified to EN 1073 and classified as PPE Category III, Type 5+6, the coverall protects against solid particles (Type 5) and against light sprays of liquid under low pressure (Type 6). That makes it well suited to tasks involving exposure to fine dust or occasional liquid splashes, without requiring a full chemical protection suit.
Supplied as bulk goods with a minimum order of 100 pieces, the ProShield® 60 is aimed primarily at commercial buyers, for example in industrial settings, trades and craft businesses, or cleaning and remediation work where coveralls are needed regularly and in larger quantities.
