Product information "ProShield 20 CHF5 Protective Suit POK-BASIC"
The ProShield® 20 CHF5 protective coverall POK-BASIC is a disposable suit designed to keep clothing clean and protected from dust and particles during demanding work. Its hood, elasticated cuffs, ankles and hood edge, along with the elasticated back panel, keep the suit close to the body and in place even during movement. The covered zip fastener seals the front of the suit, helping to keep dust and particles from getting in.
The coverall is made from an SMS material based on polypropylene. This nonwoven fabric is lightweight and breathable, yet sturdy enough to hold up through a full working day. Outside-taped seams add to the suit's stability and help maintain an even fit. The antistatic treatment of the fabric is especially useful in environments where static build-up poses a risk, such as around combustible dust or sensitive electronic equipment.
Certified to EN 1073 and classified as PPE Category III, Type 5+6, the suit is built to protect against solid airborne particles as well as limited spray or splashes of liquid. Type 5 covers protection from airborne particulates, while Type 6 addresses light liquid exposure, making this coverall suitable for tasks involving dust or occasional contact with liquids.
Supplied as bulk goods with a minimum order of 50 units, this coverall is aimed primarily at business buyers who regularly need disposable protective wear, such as in cleaning services, spray painting, pest control or asbestos remediation work. Sizes from S to 3XL make it easy to equip teams of any size.
