Product information "Polyplus Protective Suit PP05"
The Polyplus PP05 coverall by Asatex is a disposable protective suit designed for work where clothing needs protection from dust, splashes and airborne particles. Its bright yellow colour also improves visibility on construction sites, in workshops or during cleaning and remediation work. A hood, elasticated cuffs at the face, arms and legs, plus thumb loops keep the suit close to the body and prevent gaps from opening up during movement.
The coverall is made from polypropylene spunbond fabric with a PE film. This combination keeps the suit lightweight and comfortable to wear while still holding up well against moisture and fine particles. Taped seams and a zip flap with an adhesive closure seal off potential weak points, stopping dust or splashes from getting in from outside.
The PP05 is tested to EN 14325, the standard covering material properties of chemical protective clothing. Classified as PSA category III, type 4, 5 and 6, it protects against spray mist, fine dust and light liquid splashes, the kind of exposure typical in painting, cleaning or remediation work.
Sold as bulk goods with a minimum order of 25 units, this coverall suits commercial buyers who regularly need disposable protective clothing in larger quantities, for example in industry, trades, or asbestos and mould remediation.
