The CoverChem®200 CC2AS sleeve protector is a disposable product designed to shield arms and forearms from contact with liquids, chemicals or biological hazards. The elastic edges at both ends keep the sleeve securely in place at the wrist and upper arm without restricting movement or slipping during work.
The sleeve protector is made from PP spunbond nonwoven with a polymer coating. This combination keeps the material lightweight and comfortable to wear over workwear, while the coating gives the surface effective resistance to liquids. The seams are taped, so no fluid can penetrate at the seam lines either. An antistatic finish also reduces material charge build-up during use, which matters in environments with sensitive processes or ignition sources nearby.
Tested to EN 14325 and classified as PSA Category III, Type PB 3B, the sleeve protector is rated for protection against specified chemicals and biological hazards. In practical terms, it keeps infectious agents, blood, viruses and a range of inorganic chemicals away from the forearm, making it suitable for tasks with an elevated contamination risk.
The CC2AS is used wherever arms face particular exposure to liquids or contamination during work, such as in healthcare and nursing, cleaning services, food processing or the chemical industry. Supplied as bulk stock with a minimum order of 50 pieces, it is designed to cover regular operational demand.
