This industrial and service trouser from Blaklader is built for anyone who needs freedom of movement without compromising on durability, from tradespeople and drivers to warehouse staff, cleaners and service technicians. The pre-shaped legs follow the body's natural movement, so bending, kneeling or climbing never feels restricted. Being completely metal-free, the trousers are also suitable for environments with strict safety requirements where metal components on clothing pose a risk.
The blended fabric of polyester, elastomultiester and cotton is deliberately lightweight, and the 2-way stretch gives noticeably more mobility than a standard work trouser. The elastomultiester fibre also withstands higher wash temperatures, which makes the trousers practical for workplaces relying on industrial laundering. The scratch-free finish protects sensitive surfaces on the job, and the fabric stays cool and elastic throughout the day. At 170 g/m², the material is light enough for long shifts while still holding up to daily wear.
The trousers are equally well thought out in terms of storage: back pockets, a leg pocket with flap, a pen pocket and an extra pocket, plus side pockets, provide plenty of room for tools and personal items. A plastic zip fly, concealed buttons and a D-ring complete the design, and the leg hem can be lengthened on most sizes. Certified to Oeko-Tex Standard 100, the fabric also meets tested standards for harmful substances.
