These stretch bib overalls from Blaklader are built for tradespeople, technicians and service staff who need freedom of movement and a secure fit without giving up rugged functionality. Pre-shaped legs and stretch panels at the calves, inner thighs and crotch let the trousers move with you when bending or kneeling instead of pulling tight. According to the manufacturer, though, they are not designed for heavy-duty trade work.
The outer fabric is a ripstop weave of 60% cotton and 40% polyester at 250 g/m², sturdy enough for daily wear on site while still feeling comfortable against the skin. The knee pockets get extra reinforcement from stretch CORDURA®, making the most heavily used areas tougher without losing flexibility. They can be filled from above and secured with a hook-and-loop flap, while the metal-free buckle and plastic zip fly avoid pressure points or scratching.
Paired with knee pads 4027, 4037 or 4057, these overalls meet EN 14404-3 for knee protection during kneeling work, a real plus for anyone spending long stretches on hard floors. The fabric is also Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certified and carries the OEKO-TEX® MADE IN GREEN label, pointing to production that has been checked for harmful substances and follows environmentally responsible practices.
Practical extras such as the ruler pocket with knife holder, the mesh phone pocket and the chest pocket with a contrast-coloured flap make these overalls a smart choice for drivers, mechanics, warehouse staff and service workers who need small tools close at hand.
