These craftsman shorts from Blaklader are designed for tradespeople, electricians, plumbers and anyone who needs freedom of movement on site without giving up storage for tools. The slim, close-fitting cut sits comfortably close to the body without restricting movement, making the shorts practical for kneeling, climbing and everyday jobsite tasks.
The 4-way stretch fabric, made from polyamide with an elastane content, stretches in every direction while still feeling soft against the skin. That means the fabric moves with you instead of pulling tight during work. The knee pad pockets are further reinforced with CORDURA® stretch and have stretch panels on the inside for extra flexibility, giving them durability without stiffness. A soft stretch mesh panel behind the knee adds ventilation during physical work or in warm conditions.
What makes these shorts genuinely practical is the tool storage: alongside extra-wide tool pockets with tool loops and additional compartments, there is a reinforced ruler pocket with a knife holder and pen pocket, plus loops for a hammer holder. The knee pad pockets open from below for easy insertion of knee protection, while reflective details on the calf and leg pocket improve visibility. Reinforced stitching on the inseam, tool pockets and rear pockets adds to the durability under daily wear.
