These bib overalls from Blaklader are made for tradespeople who put their workwear through real daily wear: bricklayers, tilers, electricians, fitters, mechanics and floor layers will appreciate the well-thought-out pocket system that keeps tools, a folding ruler, phone and ID card within easy reach. Two loose-hanging chest pockets with press studs and safety straps, leg pockets with pleats, and extra pen pockets mean nothing has to be searched for on site.
The outer fabric is a twill weave of 65% polyester and 35% cotton at 300 g/m², which feels sturdy and holds its shape through daily use. The knees and rear pockets carry additional CORDURA® reinforcement, placed exactly where wear and ground contact are highest. Extra-strong braces with a quick-release buckle and a heavy-duty metal zip at the crotch are built for everyday strain, without making the overalls feel stiff or cumbersome to move in.
The knee pad pockets are designed to meet EN 14404-3 when used together with the matching knee pads, which means real knee protection for kneeling work such as tiling or floor laying. The fabric is also certified to Oeko-Tex Standard 100 and carries the OEKO-TEX® MADE IN GREEN label, indicating textiles tested for harmful substances and produced with environmental responsibility in mind.
