These craftsman shorts from Blaklader are built for anyone who refuses to trade functionality for comfort when the temperature rises. The slightly thinner 4-way stretch fabric moves with you in every direction, whether you are kneeling on site, climbing a ladder, or working in the garden. The style is available for men and also comes as women's model 7124, making it a practical choice for craftsmen, electricians, sheet metal workers, gardeners and warehouse staff alike.
The fabric is a double-woven blend of 92% polyamide and 8% elastane at 230 g/m², which keeps the shorts light and flexible while the CORDURA® reinforcement on the front pockets, back pockets, ruler pocket and leg pockets adds the durability needed for demanding workshop days. The back pockets are gusseted for extra capacity, and the reinforced ruler pocket comes with its own knife holder and pen pocket. The detachable holster pockets, complete with tool holders and an extra zip pocket, can be removed when not needed, while loops on both sides keep a hammer holder within easy reach.
A number of smaller details add up to real convenience on the job: the D-ring on the waistband, the knife holder with button fastening, the removable ID pocket and the plastic zip fly keep tools and identification close at hand without getting in the way. The crotch seam is double-stitched for added strength in a high-wear area. The fabric is certified to Oeko-Tex Standard 100 and carries the OEKO-TEX® MADE IN GREEN label.
