The Ajax softshell jacket from Feldtmann is a winter jacket built for anyone working outdoors on construction sites, in warehouses or in field service, where freedom of movement matters just as much as protection from the weather. Its removable inner lining means the jacket works as a heavy winter coat or a lighter outer shell, adapting to cold days as well as milder, changeable conditions.
The outer fabric is a 3-layer softshell laminate that blocks wind and rain while still letting moisture escape, so it doesn't feel stuffy during physical work. A water column rating of 5,000mm keeps out even heavier rain, and a breathability rating of 1,000 g/m²/24h helps sweat vent away from the body. The removable quilted lining, with its fleece inner side and ribbed knit cuffs, adds warmth and can be taken out when it's not needed or to make attaching a company logo easier. A YKK zip with a storm flap, an adjustable and detachable hood, and adjustable hem and cuffs all help the jacket sit close to the body and keep out draughts.
Two zipped hip pockets, two zipped chest pockets and an inner pocket in the lining give plenty of room for tools, a phone or paperwork, with all outer pockets closing securely. Reflective piping on the front and back adds visibility in low light. The jacket suits tradespeople, construction workers, warehouse staff and anyone spending long winter shifts outdoors who needs dependable weather protection.
