The Bechtol hi-vis quilted jacket is built for anyone who needs to stay visible and warm while working on roads, construction sites or other outdoor locations. Its modern, ergonomic fit and generous pocket layout make it a genuine everyday work jacket rather than just a piece of hi-vis gear. It can also be zipped into jackets 22421 and 22431, giving it a second life as an inner layer.
The ripstop polyester outer fabric is abrasion and tear resistant, with a light mechanical stretch that adds real freedom of movement compared to stiffer fabrics. Warmth comes from a light, breathable Sorona® by DuPont™ insulation that stays slim even in cold conditions. Elastic inner cuffs, a stretch panel in the lining and an adjustable hem let the jacket move with the wearer instead of restricting them, while the robust YKK® front zip with chin guard adds to the solid build quality.
The jacket meets EN ISO 20471 Class 3, the highest visibility class for protective clothing, from size M upwards, with sizes XS and S rated Class 2. In practice this means maximum visibility for anyone working close to vehicles or machinery, achieved through reflective trim on the front, back, shoulders and sleeves. The jacket also complies with EN ISO 13688, the general standard for protective clothing.
With two zipped hip pockets, two zipped chest pockets, two Velcro inner pockets and a loop for ID cards or radios, this jacket suits road construction crews, traffic control staff, municipal workers and anyone who needs reliable visibility outdoors in changing weather.
