The Jekyll hi-vis parka is a 3-in-1 system made up of an outer jacket, a removable inner jacket and an optional gilet, designed for anyone who needs to stay visible and protected outdoors in wind, rain and changing temperatures. The combination adapts to the weather: wear the inner jacket alone as a gilet, the outer shell on its own, or the full set layered together, so one garment covers several situations across the seasons.
The outer fabric is a hard-wearing Oxford weave made from 100% polyester with a highly breathable PU coating. In practice that means a 10,000mm water column and breathability of 5,000 g/m²/24h, giving reliable protection against wet weather without trapping moisture inside. Welded seams stop water getting in through stitch holes, and the fabric is also oil- and dirt-repellent as well as highly abrasion- and tear-resistant, which pays off on tough building sites or outdoor jobs. The detachable storm hood with fleece lining, the concealed 2-way YKK zip backed up by press studs and hook-and-loop fastenings, and the ribbed knit cuffs on the inner jacket all help keep the fit snug and draught-free.
EN ISO 20471 class 3 is the highest visibility rating, meaning the wearer stands out clearly in daylight and in headlight beams, which matters on roadworks or building sites with vehicle traffic. The inner jacket is separately certified to class 3 and the gilet to class 2, so visibility is maintained even when worn apart from the outer shell. EN 343 class 4/1/X rates protection against rain penetration and water vapour resistance, with the outer jacket alone reaching class 4/4/X. EN ISO 13688 covers the general requirements for protective clothing.
With numerous chest, hip, sleeve and radio pockets across both the outer and inner jacket, the parka offers plenty of storage for tools, phone and accessories. It suits road construction, civil engineering, municipal services, logistics and any trade that needs year-round visibility outdoors in changing weather. Printable areas on both the outer and inner jacket make it easy to add company logos.
