The Arthur pilot jacket is a high-visibility jacket for anyone working outdoors in changing weather who needs to stay clearly visible. Its 4-in-1 design, with a detachable collar, removable sleeves and a removable fleece lining, lets it adapt to the conditions, turning from a warm winter parka into a lighter transitional jacket or a sleeveless vest.
The outer fabric is 100% polyester Oxford, PU-coated, which makes it hard-wearing and resistant to moisture and abrasion. The seams are welded rather than stitched, keeping the jacket reliably sealed at the points that matter most. The lining is also polyester, while the removable pile lining is a polyacrylic-polyester blend that adds warmth whenever it is needed. An adjustable cuff with hook-and-loop fastening and a knitted inner cuff, plus a knitted hem, keep draughts out, and the hood built into the collar is always at hand when it rains.
The jacket meets EN ISO 20471 class 3, the highest visibility rating, making it suitable for roadwork or construction sites in daylight and low-light conditions; worn as a vest alone, it meets class 2. Rated EN 343 class 4/1/X, it is windproof and waterproof while remaining breathable, with a water column of 2,000 mm and breathability of 2,000 g/m²/24h keeping rain out while letting perspiration escape. EN ISO 13688 confirms it meets the general requirements for protective clothing. A reflective shoulder strip adds further visibility.
With six pockets, including chest pockets with flaps, a pen pocket, a phone pocket, an inside pocket and side pockets, the jacket offers plenty of storage for daily work. It suits road and civil engineering, municipal services, logistics and any outdoor work where visibility and weather protection matter.
