The Wallace hi-vis parka is a 2-in-1 system made up of an outer jacket and a removable inner jacket, built for anyone who needs to stay visible and protected in wind and rain, whether on the road or on site. The inner jacket can also be worn on its own as a vest, so the parka adapts to changing weather without needing extra layers.
The outer shell is made from tough Oxford fabric, 100% polyester with a highly breathable PU coating. In practice that means oil and dirt bead off rather than soak in, the fabric holds up well against abrasion and rough handling, and the breathability rating of 5,000 g/m²/24h keeps moisture from building up inside even during longer shifts. The seams are welded rather than stitched, which adds extra protection against water ingress. Details like the concealed two-way YKK zip, ergonomically cut sleeves and the detachable storm hood with fleece lining add up to real freedom of movement and comfort over a full working day outdoors.
The outer jacket meets EN ISO 20471 class 3, the highest visibility class, and EN 343 class 4/1/X for protection against wind and water penetration; with a 10,000 mm water column rating, the parka stays reliably dry even in sustained rain. The inner jacket and vest are separately certified to EN ISO 20471 class 3 and class 2 respectively, and all parts meet EN ISO 13688, the general standard for protective clothing. That makes this parka a solid choice for people who work outdoors year-round in wind and wet conditions and need to be clearly seen, such as road crews, municipal services, and rescue or security personnel.
