The RUNNEX® S3S ESD safety shoe EnergyStar is built for anyone who spends the day on their feet and wants freedom of movement without giving up protection. Instead of a stiff, traditional leather shoe, this model uses Runnex Knitted Technology – a knit-style upper that feels closer to a sports shoe, reinforced where it counts with a TPU toe cap and heel protection. Available in 13 sizes from 36 to 48, it offers a fit for nearly every foot.
Inside, the RUNNEX® AIRSTREAM functional lining keeps the climate around the foot comfortable, while the SOFTtouch heel lining adds extra cushioning around the heel. The combination of a rubber outsole and a lightweight EVA midsole makes the shoe noticeably lighter than conventional safety footwear, without sacrificing grip or stability. Cushioning comes from the RUNNEX® activeBumper made of VE, which absorbs impact with every step, easing the strain on joints during long hours of standing or walking.
As PPE category II with S3S ESD specification, the shoe delivers protective features that go beyond everyday comfort, and its ESD property is particularly valuable in environments where static discharge poses a risk, such as near sensitive electronics or in areas with specific safety requirements.
