The RUNNEX® TeamStar is an S3S safety lace-up boot with ESD protection from RUNNEX®'s latest activeBumper series. It's designed for anyone working at ESD workstations or in industrial and trade environments who still wants classic looks and genuine wearing comfort. Available in 17 sizes from 36 to 52, it can be fitted to nearly every foot on the team.
The upper is made from hydrophobic smooth leather with an abrasion-resistant toe protection material that repels moisture and holds up well under demanding daily use. Inside, the RUNNEX® AIRSTREAM functional lining keeps the foot climate comfortable, while the RUNNEX® SOFTtouch heel lining adds extra support and comfort around the heel. The two-density PU/PU sole combined with RUNNEX® activeBumper cushioning made from VESTAMID® PEBA foam noticeably absorbs impact while walking or standing, which makes a real difference on long shifts on hard flooring.
The boot meets EN ISO 20345:2022 S3S FO, providing safety protection with a reinforced heel area along with a penetration-resistant, oil- and fuel-resistant sole. Its ESD rating to EN 61340-4-3:2001 safely dissipates electrostatic charge, which is essential at workstations handling sensitive electronic components. DGUV112-191 is also listed as the underlying test basis for safety footwear. As PSA category II equipment, the boot is built for moderate risk environments.
The TeamStar is used across industry and trade, at ESD workstations, and both indoors and outdoors – wherever safety, static dissipation and all-day comfort are equally important.
