The RUNNEX® ActionStar is an S3S safety lace-up boot with ESD capability, designed for anyone who needs a lightweight, flexible yet robust work boot for daily use in industry and skilled trades. Its low weight and high breathability make it well suited to long working days where freedom of movement and comfort matter.
The upper is made from hydrophobic microfibre and textile material, giving it water-repellent properties while keeping the boot pleasantly light. Additional toe and heel protection material adds stability at the areas that see the most wear. Inside, the RUNNEX® AIRSTREAM functional lining supports a good foot climate, while the RUNNEX® SOFTtouch heel lining provides comfortable support around the heel. The transparent PU outsole with black PU midsole and RUNNEX® cushioning rounds off the package with a noticeably cushioned, durable base.
The boot meets EN ISO 20345:2022+A1:2024 in protection class S3S FO, providing protection against mechanical hazards such as penetration as well as resistance to fuel oil. Compliance with EN 61340-5-1:2016 and classification under DGUV112-191 confirm its ESD capability, meaning it safely dissipates electrostatic charge, making it suitable for workplaces where this is required. As PPE category II, it offers protection against medium-level hazards.
This makes the ActionStar a strong choice for use in industry and trades, at ESD workplaces, and in both indoor and outdoor environments, wherever protection, comfort and electrostatic safety all matter at once.
