The Kratos® Gerüst-Set Komfort is a complete fall protection kit designed for anyone working at height, from scaffolders to roofers and mast technicians. Rather than sourcing individual components separately, this set brings together everything needed for a functional fall arrest system: a 2-point basic harness, the OLYMPE-S2 fall arrest device with a 2-metre working length, and a 1.5-metre lanyard. That makes it a practical choice for companies equipping new teams or keeping a ready-to-use fall protection kit on hand.
The harness is made from polyester with steel fittings. This combination results in equipment that holds up well to demanding site conditions: polyester resists tearing and shrugs off moisture, while the steel hardware withstands mechanical stress without losing its shape. The entire set comes packed in a practical backpack, making it easy to transport, store and move between job sites without losing individual parts.
The protective performance of the set is backed by several standards. EN 361 applies to full-body harnesses and ensures the body is caught safely in the event of a fall, without additional risk of injury. EN 360 covers the included fall arrest device, which locks automatically and cushions the fall. EN 795 Type B relates to the anchor devices the system can be attached to, while EN 566 sets the requirements for the lanyard used as a connecting element. Together, these standards form a certified safety chain from the harness right through to the anchor point.
This makes the set well suited to any trade that regularly works at height, including scaffolding, roofing, facade installation and plant construction, wherever a complete and coordinated fall protection system is required.
