The Kratos® 4-point standard fall arrest and restraint harness is designed for anyone who needs both fall protection and secure positioning while working at height, such as on roofs, masts or during installation work. With four attachment points it covers fall arrest as well as work restraint, making it more versatile than a harness limited to one function alone. The universal size and the stepless adjustment of the leg straps allow the harness to be fitted to different body sizes.
The harness is made from durable polyester with steel hardware, giving it a high load capacity - the manufacturer states a maximum load of 140 kg. In daily use, the wide, padded back support makes a real difference: it spreads the load more evenly and noticeably improves comfort during longer wear. The chest strap with quick-release buckle makes putting the harness on and taking it off easier, while the two tool loops plus an additional tool ring provide space to attach carabiners and accessories, keeping tools within easy reach.
The harness meets the EN 361 and EN 358 standards. EN 361 applies to fall arrest harnesses and ensures the body is caught safely in the event of a fall, without additional risk of injury. EN 358 covers work positioning belts and harnesses that prevent slipping or falling while working in a restrained position, allowing hands-free work. Combined, this harness covers both core requirements of fall protection.
This makes it a strong choice for trades that regularly work at height or in restrained positions, such as scaffolding, roofing, facade installation or plant construction, where freedom of movement and safety are equally important.
