The Kratos® guided type fall arrester is designed for work at height where users need to move along a vertical rope while staying continuously protected against falls. The device travels with the user's movement, so there is no need to manually reposition it as the rope is covered. Available in 10 and 20 metre lengths, it can be matched to the height of the work area.
The rope is made from polyester with a 12 mm diameter, combined with galvanised steel fittings. This pairing gives a rope that is comfortable and easy to grip while the galvanised metal parts resist corrosion, keeping the system reliable even in outdoor conditions. The rope grab is permanently connected to the energy absorber, which simplifies handling and prevents the components from being accidentally separated.
The fall arrester is certified to EN 353-2, the standard covering guided type fall arresters on a flexible anchor line, which means the system reliably locks and arrests a fall when needed. With a breaking strength of 15 kN, it provides the safety margin required for demanding professional use.
The item is supplied in a pack of 10, making it well suited to companies that need to equip several work locations at height, such as scaffolding, mast or facade installation work, and industrial settings where vertical access is a regular part of the job.
