The 4-point Basic fall arrest and restraint harness from Kratos® is built for anyone who needs both fall protection and work positioning in a single harness, ideal for height work with changing demands. With four anchor points and a front attachment point, it covers fall arrest as well as positioning at the workplace, removing the need to switch between two separate harnesses. The universal size makes it a flexible choice for teams with varying body sizes or rotating wearers.
The harness is made from durable polyester with steel fittings. The wide, padded back section noticeably spreads the load across the back in the event of a fall and reduces pressure points during longer wear. The leg straps adjust steplessly, and the chest strap closes with a quick-release buckle, so the harness can be put on quickly and adjusted to fit.
The harness meets DIN EN 361 and DIN EN 358. DIN EN 361 applies to fall arrest harnesses that safely catch the body during a fall, while DIN EN 358 covers restraint belts that prevent slipping or falling at the workplace and allow hands-free working. Two D-rings on the restraint belt together with the D-ring on the back and the front attachment points make up the harness's four anchor points.
This makes the harness suitable for work on masts, scaffolding, roofs, or in industrial settings where both restraint and fall arrest are required. The item is supplied in a pack of 10, making it particularly relevant for commercial buyers looking to equip an entire team.
