This half-zip base layer is built for cold working days, designed for anyone who spends time outdoors or in unheated spaces and still wants to stay warm underneath their workwear. The high collar with zip can be opened or closed as needed, letting you fine-tune warmth exactly where it counts. Particularly well thought out are the heat zones at the shoulders, arms, back, seat and sides, precisely the areas where cold sets in fastest.
The garment is made from pure merino wool, rib-knitted and weighing 200 g/m². Merino naturally regulates moisture, absorbing sweat and moving it away from the skin so you never get that cold, damp feeling. The extended back and ribbed cuffs keep the base layer in place during movement and prevent cold draughts from creeping in. The plastic zip is sturdy and easy to operate, even while wearing gloves.
Recommended for temperatures between -5°C and -30°C, this base layer is a dependable choice for work in genuinely cold conditions. Certified to Oeko-Tex Standard 100, the fabric has also been tested for harmful substances, a detail that matters for clothing worn directly against the skin.
