The Blaklader X1500 craftsman shorts are designed for anyone who refuses to compromise on tool storage just because the weather warms up. Bricklayers, tilers, electricians, roofers and installers get a pair of work shorts with a relaxed, comfortable fit and pockets laid out around real jobsite needs. Two loose CORDURA® nail pockets with tool loops can simply be tucked into the trousers whenever they are not needed.
The shorts are made from a sturdy 100% cotton canvas at 270 g/m², a weight that proves both hard-wearing and comfortable against the skin in daily use. Reinforced stitching at the crotch and a triple-stitched inseam keep the shorts durable through constant bending and kneeling on site. CORDURA® reinforcement on the tool pockets, back pockets, ruler pocket and leg pockets adds extra strength exactly where tools and materials put the most strain on the fabric.
The pocket layout is built around a tradesman's daily routine: alongside gusseted back pockets, there's an extra-wide CORDURA®-reinforced ruler pocket with a pen pocket and knife holder, angled front pockets, and a leg pocket with double zippered compartments, a pen pocket and an inner mesh phone pocket made from water-repellent material. Two side loops with a button hold a hammer holder, one loop comes with a D-ring, and a removable ID pocket keeps identification within reach without getting in the way while working. The fabric is certified to Oeko-Tex Standard 100 and carries the OEKO-TEX® MADE IN GREEN label.
