The RUNNEX® LightStar S3S safety shoe is built for anyone who wants a lightweight feel on the job without giving up reliable protection. It balances a low overall weight with solid safety features, making it a shoe that stays comfortable through a full shift instead of wearing you down by the end of the day.
The water-repellent smooth leather upper resists moisture well and keeps its shape while staying easy to care for, even when conditions change throughout the day. A TPU toe cap adds extra protection against abrasion and impact at the front of the shoe. Inside, the RUNNEX® AIRSTREAM functional lining supports a comfortable foot climate, while the RUNNEX® SOFTtouch heel lining provides secure fit and reduces friction around the heel. The rubber outsole paired with a RUNNEX® Phylon midsole delivers noticeable cushioning, making the shoe comfortable even during long periods of standing or on hard flooring.
When it comes to protection, the LightStar meets EN ISO 20345:2022 in class S3S FO. This includes a protective toe cap, here made from RUNNEX® Alu-Pro, along with an outsole offering enhanced fuel resistance. The feature set is designed around the everyday hazards found in professional environments, without making the shoe feel heavy or rigid.
This combination makes the LightStar well suited to work in industry and trades, both indoors and outdoors, and it's available in 13 sizes ranging from 36 to 48.
