The CoverStar® CKIO-RV is a disposable protective coverall designed for anyone who needs fast, hygienic protective clothing without compromising on build quality. Fitted with a collar, a full-length zip closure and elasticated cuffs, it stays securely in place and can be put on and taken off quickly, making it a practical choice for everyday use in workshops and industrial settings.
The coverall is made from PP spunbond fabric with a microporous film laminate, a combination that keeps it lightweight and breathable while still forming a closed barrier against particles and splashes. Its antistatic finish also prevents the build-up of electrostatic charge, which matters in environments sensitive to dust or sparks.
Tested to EN 14325, the coverall meets the requirements for chemical protective clothing and is classified as PPE Category III, Type PB 6B, suitable for protection against limited liquid spray. This makes it a dependable option wherever contact with dust, particles or occasional splashes cannot be ruled out.
Sold as bulk goods with a minimum order quantity of 25 pieces, the CKIO-RV is particularly well suited to businesses with a regular need for disposable protective clothing, such as those in industry, trades, or cleaning and maintenance work.
