The CaseONE is a gas-tight, single-use chemical protective suit designed for work involving hazardous and toxic chemicals in liquid or gaseous form. It is built for companies and response teams that need dependable full-body protection without the weight and upkeep that come with reusable suits. Permanently attached ChemTek gloves and boot socks with a drip rim turn the suit into a fully closed system, eliminating vulnerable openings at the hands and feet.
The suit is made from Tychem F, a material that delivers gas-tight barrier performance while staying relatively light. In practice, that means the CaseONE is easier to put on and more comfortable to wear over extended periods than a traditional reusable suit, without giving up any protective performance. Reinforcements at the knees and elbows absorb the mechanical stress that builds up exactly where protective clothing takes the most friction and pressure during work. The rear entry, sealed with a gas-tight zip and covered by an additional Velcro flap, closes quickly while keeping the suit's overall tightness intact.
The CaseONE meets DEKRA Standard FRM 90.166.0 and is classified as Category III PPE, meaning it is designed to protect against risks that can cause irreversible harm. The large panoramic visor provides a wide field of vision, which makes a real difference when working in a full protective suit with otherwise limited freedom of movement.
This makes the suit well suited to the chemical industry, hazardous material incidents, decontamination work, and any setting where personnel need fast, reliable protection from dangerous substances. It is supplied as bulk stock with a minimum order of 5 units in sizes M to 2XL, making it a practical choice for equipping entire teams.
