The Rickmer is a padded hi-vis softshell jacket built for anyone who needs to stay visible and warm on construction sites, road works or in logistics. Thanks to its removable quilted lining, it works as a lightweight softshell in summer or a warm winter jacket in colder months, giving it real versatility across the working year.
The outer shell is a 3-layer polyester laminate that is windproof and waterproof while still letting moisture escape. With a water column of 5,000 mm and breathability of 1,000 g/m²/24h, the wearer stays comfortable even in rain or during physical work. A soft fleece lining on the inside of the outer jacket adds comfort against the skin, while the sturdy YKK zip with storm flap and the highly abrasion-resistant softshell fabric keep the jacket dependable under tough daily use. The quilted inner lining with ribbed cuffs can be removed when not needed, which also makes it easier to add logos or branding.
The jacket meets EN ISO 20471 class 3, the highest visibility class for hi-vis workwear, achieved through heat-sealed reflective stripes on the front, back, shoulders and sleeves that avoid extra seams. It also complies with EN ISO 13688, the general standard covering basic requirements for protective clothing. This makes it a solid choice for anyone who needs to be seen in traffic or low-light conditions, such as road maintenance crews, waste collection teams or winter service workers.
Practical features such as the adjustable, removable hood, adjustable hem and cuffs, plus two hip pockets, a chest pocket and an inner pocket round out the design. The jacket is available in sizes S to 4XL and supplied in packs of five, making it a practical option for equipping whole teams.
