The Mirko hi-vis safety vest is built for anyone who needs to stay visible and well-equipped while working near traffic, on construction sites or outdoors in general. With seven different pockets, including a large chest pocket that fits A4 documents and an inner pocket, it offers plenty of room for tools, a phone or paperwork without constant searching.
The outer fabric is a sturdy Oxford weave with a highly breathable PU coating. In practice, that means oil and dirt simply bead off, the fabric resists abrasion and tearing well, and moisture doesn't build up underneath during wear. With a water column rating of 5,000 mm and breathability of 3,000 g/m² per 24 hours, the vest also holds up in poor weather conditions. The fleece-lined collar and the wind flap at the cuff add extra comfort in cold or windy conditions, while the adjustable hem lets you fine-tune the fit over different layers of clothing. The concealed front zipper under a placket further shields against draughts.
The vest meets EN ISO 20471 Class 2, the standard covering visibility through fluorescent material and reflective strips, which matters for anyone working in or near traffic or under low-light conditions. It also complies with EN ISO 13688, which sets general requirements for protective clothing. The shoulder reflector adds visibility from more angles, useful when bending down or carrying tools.
